St. Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was a great example of someone who built the Kingdom of God on Earth.
She cared for the sick and helped the poor in Calcutta, India.
She spread God’s kingdom by sharing his truth and showing his love to others around her.
In order to care for the sick and the poor, she started an organization called the “Missionaries of Charity.”
She said: “Keep the joy of loving God in your heart and share this joy with all you meet...”
Mother Teresa wrote a beautiful prayer to Mary, Our Blessed Mother.
“Mary, Mother of Jesus, give me your heart so beautiful, so pure, so immaculate, so full of love and humilty, that I may be able to receive Jesus in the Bread of Life, love Him as you loved Him, and serve Him as you served Him in the distressing disguise of the poorest of the poor. Amen.”

What do you think the Kingdom of heaven is like?
In the Bible, St. Paul reminds us that Heaven is so wonderful that we can’t even imagine the beautiful things God has prepared for those who love Him. (1 Cor. 2:9) God is our loving DAD who wants to be with us forever. Heaven will be a time of never-ending JOY! We’ll get to celebrate every moment with Jesus and Mary and all the angels and saints.
Let’s make our lives beautiful and holy and worthy of entering into the Kingdom of God.
Closing Prayer
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus, help us to build your Kingdom on earth. We want to be a light that shines bright for you.
We love you Jesus, and one day we want to be in Heaven with you forever.
